• Real-time ergonomic assessment for human–robot collaboration: synchronised multi-camera capture, pose estimation and 3D reconstruction feed kinematic analysis, RULA and REBA risk scoring, and a live 3D digital-twin avatar coloured as a biomechanical risk heatmap.
• The team's pipeline calibrates each camera (intrinsics, distortion, stereo extrinsics; target RMS reprojection error under 1.0 px single and 1.5 px stereo), triangulates joints with DLT per camera pair, and fuses them by visibility-weighted averaging into a confidence-scored 3D skeleton.
• As Git Lead, ran the branching strategy, reviews, merges and releases across the camera, analysis, UI and testing sub-teams.
• Built multi-camera acquisition, migrated pose estimation to the MediaPipe Tasks API after the legacy API was deprecated, wired risk-state notifications into the assessment engine, and standardised the interface and joint naming between the camera and analysis subsystems with Ruff, pre-commit hooks and conventional commits.
